The Russell Creek Review is published every spring by Campbellsville University's Dept. of English.
Submissions are accepted year round from current students, faculty, and staff, as well as from alumni.​

The RCR accepts poetry, short fiction, plays, film scripts, and creative nonfiction. In addition, we accept photography and art. Keep in mind that, except for pictures used on the front and back covers, all photography and art will be published in black & white.

All submissions must be sent electronically via email. Please visit the Contact page to email the editor-in-chief, Dr. Wright. Submissions are evaluated by Dr. Wright and Dr. Collins, who also designs the layout for the print edition. In addition, our Creative Writing/Advanced Creative Writing students serve as assistant editors during the selection process.

The deadline for submission is March 1 of every year. Publication of the print edition follows in late April.
